David recently relocated to Papamoa from Wellington and is enjoying putting down his roots and enjoying all that the Bay of Plenty has to offer.

He started his career in carpentry before moving to property management and site supervisor roles where he has overseen both commercial and residential building sites and projects. This has provided him with a strong background in the Property industry.

With 17+ years of experience in the construction and property sector, David has dealt with a wide range of facets within the property industry such as building consents, compliance, asset and planning maintenance, inspections and capital expenditure.
