Jason Williams is a Senior Commercial and Industrial Valuer at Bayleys Valuations Limited, based at Bayleys House in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland Central.

Jason joined Bayleys Valuations late 2013, having previously been a Valuer for Sheldons and Partners Limited based in Takapuna, Auckland where he undertook a wide range of Commercial and Industrial Valuations throughout Auckland.

He is a former Auckland branch chairman of the NZIV and PINZ. He has also sat on the PINZ and PCNZ Guide for the Measurement of Rentable Areas review committee.

Key responsibilities include the Auckland industrial and commercial market including undertaking valuations for various purposes including mortgage lending, financial reporting, rent reviews, insurance and land value apportionments for depreciation purposes.

His focus is on industrial and commercial valuations within the greater Auckland region. Jason works with a range of private and corporate clients including Augusta, New Zealand Post and Auckland Transport.
