Jessica joined Bayleys Valuation in 2012, qualifying as a Registered Valuer in 2013. Previous work experience includes working as a Property Manager at the Hugh Green Group whilst studying and being employed by Colliers International as a graduate valuer post graduation in 2007. Jessica studied at the University of Auckland, graduating in 2007 with a Bachelor of Property.

Jessica focuses on commercial properties within the CBD and fringe suburbs of Auckland, undertaking valuations for various purposes including mortgage lending, financial reporting, rent reviews, insurance and land value apportionments for depreciation purposes.

Jessica has gained a broad range of valuation experience during the 10 years working in the Auckland property market. During her time with Bayleys Valuations, Jessica has been involved with various portfolio valuations working on behalf of clients such as Augusta Capital, Stride Property, Oyster Capital, Dilworth Trust Board, Auckland Council and Auckland Transport, with many of these properties valued in excess of $10 million.
