All roads led to real estate for seasoned industry veteran Justin Haley, recently transitioning from a high-performance management position at the helm of Bayleys in Christchurch to a national auctioneering role based in the Upper North Island.

Relishing the opportunity to perform for clients at the focused end of property proceedings, Justin utilises a depth of practical experience, superb negotiation skills and a result-driven approach to effect optimal outcomes across all real estate disciplines.

Backed by more than a decade’s professional experience where he has achieved national recognition in specialist areas, including commercial and industrial sales, residential sales, and residential project marketing focused on the Canterbury rebuild. In addition to working with developers on the feasibility of inner-city developments, Justin has adapted to market curveballs with fluidity, achieving excellence through his willingness to take ownership, communicate effectively and remain focused on the customer and ultimate outcomes.
