Lyn transitioned from a Licensed Salesperson role in the Pukekohe office to the role of Branch Manager at Bayleys Papakura in 2020.
Being no stranger to Management, Lyn previously held roles as Branch Manager at both the ANZ & National Bank and while working for the Police Force in Wales.
As an energetic, motivated, and reliable individual, her work history to date has given her the ability to develop a range of skills that are demanded in leadership positions across a variety of industries
Having successfully led various-sized teams and achieved positive outcomes she has excellent leadership qualities and uses these to create an environment where people feel motivated to challenge themselves and develop their capabilities. Over the 5-½ years that she held various Management positions in the ANZ, she enjoyed helping them change to meet new environmental conditions
In her role as a Branch Manager for ANZ, Lyn was responsible for opening a new branch and growing its customer base from the ground up. Her ability to build customer relationships and local networks is a skill that now proves invaluable to her team.
Authenticity is paramount to Lyn, as is maintaining an ethical and reliable approach to her work.
Lyn has a strong sense of community and is a passionate follower of sports, in particular rugby which she played while living in Wales. She is a member of the senior rugby committee at Karaka Rugby Club where she is also the senior club registrar and club delegate for the Counties Manukau Rugby Union.
Family is very important to Lyn. Her husband, whom she met while he was playing rugby overseas is the CEO of Thames Valley Rugby, her oldest child is in his second year of University studying Physiotherapy while her youngest child attends Howick College. Both her children share her passion for the game of rugby!
Having lived locally for approximately 18 years, Lyn is an advocate of the Counties district and uses this knowledge to inform and advise her clients.
Lyn started working from the Bayleys Pukekohe office, under the esteemed Bayleys Scholarship programme, and is a strong team player and works hard to build trusting and productive relationships with her team and clients.
As a real estate professional Lyn has previously guided her clients along the rest of that journey to finding a home. She understands the importance of matching a property to a family’s needs and the potential it has to enhance their lifestyle.
