Property is in Maddison’s blood; her mother is highly respected Bayleys agent Michele Mathieson. Following in the family tradition Maddison has been in real estate since 2020, starting as a personal assistant working for Michele, before moving into a sales associate role. It’s a uniquely collaborative family team that delivers nothing less than exceptional results.

Maddison grew up in Franklin and around the property industry, as her parents owned a nationwide building company with 27 franchises. This has given Maddison important grassroots knowledge of what makes a home great and the area in which this mother daughter team assists clients.

Maddison’s previous work experience in hospitality means she knows the customer experience must always stay at the forefront. Recognised for her professional demeanour, sincerity, empathy and approachability, Maddison believes that positive relationships are the cornerstone of every successful real estate transaction. She brings a youthful perspective, opening up wide buyer markets. Fuelled by a strong work ethic and an unwavering determination, Maddison persists until she achieves the best outcomes for clients.

Outside of work Maddison enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding and hiking. She has competed in snowboarding winning two bronzes and a silver at nationals.

Working alongside Michele, the mother daughter team specialise in Pukekohe and surrounds covering an array of residential properties including waterfront, lifestyle and rural.
