Ryan’s clients are always acutely aware of the key difference a driven agent makes as he pursues every opportunity and stops at nothing to secure them the best outcome when selling their home. What really sets Ryan apart though is his genuine care, which sees him build deep, enduring relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Real estate was in Ryan’s blood. His mother worked in the industry and so he learned about property from a young age. His career before real estate spanned various sales roles including a sales management position in a corporate company. He has also run several of his own business ventures - business coaching, a café and importation company. This has all allowed Ryan to develop high-level skills in sales and marketing, negotiation and business management all underpinned by a strong service ethic.
Ryan is pleased to be able to make a material difference to the results his clients enjoy from the sale of their property. This has seen him carve out a successful reputation in the markets he operates in where he has been a top performer both locally and nationally including being recognised as the Rookie of the Year in his first year of sales.
Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with his wife Raphaëlle and their two sons. He has coached his son’s rugby team and now takes enormous pride in seeing the team develop and improve. He also enjoys volunteering at his children’s school activities and is a member of Pukekohe Golf Club, making the semi finals of the club championships in the past. In his downtime, Ryan can also be found with his nose in a book from his extensive library or jamming on his electronic drum kit.
A long-time local, Ryan lives in the Franklin area and has a specific focus on the Pukekohe market. He knows the area offers something for everyone, from first homebuyers to families and retirees, and enjoys helping people transact real estate and achieve their property dreams.
