Her career with Bayleys over three decades has seen her as national trainer, franchise coordinator, Foundation general manager, operations manager and a franchisee and her focus has always been on creating a culture that people are proud to belong to

After being an owner of the Bayleys franchise on the North Shore for eight years and then integrating that company back in to Bayleys Real Estate, Sue now holds the position of manager of the Devonport and Mairangi Bay offices.

Sue believes the Bayleys brand offers a professional standard, exceptional marketing and an emphasis on service that delivers great results and builds long term relationships resulting in repeat and return business and she is proud to be part of a team with strong ethics and values.

She has devoted a lot of her personal time to proactively assisting community organisations and coordinating charity events having served on a number of Charitable Trust boards and was made a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the New Years Honours in 2018 in recognition for her contribution to the community
