Tiana Warren has recently re-joined the BPS team in Auckland as Head of Corporate and Occupier Services. Tiana began her commercial property career with Bayleys, working across Facilities and Property Management on both the Auckland Commercial and Augusta (now Centuria) portfolios before heading overseas.

More recently she has been based in Wellington where she has spent the last few years involved with asset management for several government sectors as well as the country’s largest supermarket retailer. During her career Tiana has worked across multiple property classes including commercial, retail, industrial and residential on both landlord and tenant sides, developing a broad understanding of the diverse nature of the property industry.

Tiana enjoys working closely with her team and commercial occupier clients to develop effective strategies while also meeting client’s needs through a positive, helpful, and responsive approach.
