William has over 15 years’ experience in commercial banking, liquidity risk, Treasury and debt capital markets. He has worked both in New Zealand and the U.K.

In New Zealand, William worked at BNZ as a commercial banker, where he proactively built a commercial portfolio of leveraged debt transactions for his clients. At KPMG New Zealand, his role as a financial risk manager made great use of his broad range of skills to analyse large corporate financials and interpret them for board members.

In the U.K, William worked in London with RBC Debt Capital Markets. He also was a key member of the liquidity risk team at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

William has a particular interest in New Zealand’s thriving eco-system of mid-market businesses, and he is an advocate for entrepreneurs who think outside the box. William is passionate about using his international experience and local knowledge to help business owners achieve their aspirations.
