PrincipalAs the Principal Agent, Michaela oversees our Bayleys offices across the region, including Bayleys Ruapehu, Bayleys Whanganui, Bayleys Feilding, and Bayleys Palmerston North. Michaela holds both her Level 5 Branch Manager’s Licence and Level 6 Agent’s Licence and brings a wealth of industry knowledge, experience, and leadership to her role.
Working closely with each office, Michaela ensures the smooth and compliant operation of our business while supporting our team to deliver outstanding service. Her high standards, strong legal understanding, and focus on best practice mean our clients and customers are in safe hands. She is based at our Ruapehu office and regularly travels between branches to stay connected with the wider team.
Michaela’s approach is hands-on and driven by a genuine passion for real estate. She is known for her clear decision-making, practical leadership style, and dedication to growing both the business and the people in it. She is particularly proud of the culture within her teams and the consistent results they achieve.
Her experience in the industry is extensive and varied. Michaela has worked as a salesperson, property manager, and office manager within Bayleys. She also spent time abroad, travelling through America and living in Australia, further developing her property expertise while working in land acquisition and sales administration for a building company.
Today, Michaela’s focus is on providing her team with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed. She values the unique nature of each real estate transaction and is committed to delivering exceptional results with care, professionalism, and integrity at every step.
