Jaimee Simpson joined the Bayleys team in March 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to her role as Property Management Assistant. After a successful career in hospitality and process work, Jaimee embraced a new challenge in property management—a decision she describes as life-changing.

"I wanted a complete career change. I enjoy a challenge, and this position came at the perfect time. No regrets, I love my job. It’s different every day," she explains.

Born and raised in Marton, Jaimee’s local knowledge is second to none. Knowing the community "like the back of her hand" enables her to relate effortlessly to both property owners and tenants. Her strong background in hospitality, including 10 years as a professional chef, has honed her ability to perform under pressure and connect with people from all walks of life. Assertive, confident, and fair, Jaimee consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.

Outside of work, Jaimee loves spending time at the beach, fishing, whitebaiting, and enjoying sports (although she insists her playing days are well and truly over). She is also passionate about giving back, recently volunteering for the Breast Cancer Society. Loyal, competitive, and honest, Jaimee’s character and resilience shine through in everything she does - both personally and professionally.
