A mother of three, Sereima is no stranger to the demands of a busy life. Her background in retail management has honed her skills in organisation, problem-solving, and clear communication. She has a special ability to navigate challenges with patience and empathy, making her an invaluable support for tenants and landlords alike.

Originally from Fiji, Sereima has a unique perspective on the hurdles many immigrants face when seeking a rental property. Her cultural understanding and ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities allow her to build strong, trusting relationships.

Drawn to Bayleys for its locally owned, family-oriented ethos, Sereima values the camaraderie and support of the Property Management team. She is excited to contribute to their mission of delivering outstanding service to clients.

Outside of work, Sereima enjoys spending time with her family exploring Whanganui’s parks, supporting her husband’s rugby pursuits, and engaging in cultural and community events. Her faith and upbringing instilled a deep sense of humility, adaptability, and drive - qualities she brings to every aspect of her role.
