Yes, we act as your representative in Tribunal hearings when necessary, providing support and representation throughout the legal process.

There are no hidden fees. Our rates are all-inclusive so you know exactly what you are paying. Our fee is deducted from the rent collected, aligning our incentives with yours - if your tenant stops paying rent, we don't receive payment.

We conduct our initial routine inspection after 6 weeks to ensure tenants are settling in well. Subsequently, inspections are carried out every 13 weeks, aligning with insurance requirements. These inspections include detailed written reports and photographic documentation to assess the property's condition.

Yes, we handle insurance claims and oversee meth testing processes if required. Our team is experienced in managing these aspects efficiently and will assist you throughout the process to ensure your property is well taken care of.
