There are no hidden fees. Our rates are all-inclusive so you know exactly what you are paying. Our fee is deducted from the rent collected, aligning our incentives with yours - if your tenant stops paying rent, we don't receive payment.
How often do you undertake property inspections?
We conduct our initial routine inspection after 6 weeks to ensure tenants are settling in well. Subsequently, inspections are carried out every 13 weeks, aligning with insurance requirements.
